At BILAMAA, we want your experience to be seamless from checkout to delivery. We currently ship to the United States and France, with plans to expand internationally.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $99.00. Otherwise, $5.00 USD.
    Delivery within 4–8 business days.

  • 2-Day Shipping: $10.95 USD. Delivery within 3–4 business days.

  • 1-Day Shipping: $16.95 USD. Delivery within 2–3 business days.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Note: Orders are usually packed and ready to ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

International Shipping (France & Beyond)

  • Standard (Duty + Tax Prepaid): Delivery in 4–9 business days. Duties and taxes are included at checkout.

  • Standard (Duty + Tax Unpaid): Delivery in 5–10 business days. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Express (Duty + Tax Prepaid): Delivery in 2–6 business days. Duties and taxes are included at checkout.

  • Express (Duty + Tax Unpaid): Delivery in 2–6 business days. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be sent automatically. Packages can be tracked online via the carrier.

Please Note:

  • International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses internationally.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Orders must be placed by 12 PM local time Monday–Friday to begin processing the same day.

  • Packages are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL Express, depending on the destination and service selected.

  • All prices are listed in USD. International orders will display prices in the local currency at checkout.
